Make your own healthy trail mix with your favorite whole grain cereals and dried fruits. Then separate it into small snack bags and you'll have a healthy on-the-go snack (Some of my favorite combos are Kix, Frosted Cheerios, and Oatmeal Squares with yogurt covered raisins, and dried goldens and cherries.
Craisins are a great add-in as well!) |

Park in the back of the lot and walk a few extra steps before entering your destination; Opt to take the stairs instead of the elevator or escalator; walk a lap around the mall before starting to shop; If talking on a cell phone, walk around the house or yard instead of just sitting still! |
