8:30am - Registration for 5K Fun Walk/Run. Print out the Pledge form and bring to the registration table. Sign up with Step Tracker on this site
9:00am - 5K Fun Walk/Run begins
9:30am - FREE Yoga Class
10:00am - Vendor area opens
10:30am - Stage Activities begin
1:30pm - Stage Activities End
2:00pm - Vendor area closes

related businesses in the community. A Fun Walk/Run and kids activity area, BMI testing, oral cancer screenings, dental exams and much more.
Try new activities like Pilates, stretching, yoga, cardio and strength
building.
We'll even have a healthy dog tent for the dog lover's.
There is no other interactive healthy event like this, and it's FREE to
attend.
